At the end of every month a financial report within Proximity is run to view the list of leads that have actualized.
A performance fee ranging from 2% - 3% based on the actualized value of the lead.
One Time set-up fees are waived for hotels that pay a 3% performance fee.
Interactive Sites provides the report and upon client approval an invoice for the actualized value of all leads for the previous month at the predetermined performance fee %.
Adding properties throughout the year is based on the one time set up fees regardless of when they’re added throughout the year.
